Job Description

  • Managing Sales Activities
  • Source and Searching New Tenant (premium tenant)
  • Evaluate all tenant every 3 months from sales, etc.
  • Presentation and demonstration to make a Sales.
  • Develops New marketing strategies, advertising and promotional materials.
  • Listening and understanding to customer requirements and needs.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing tenant in person and via telephone calls and emails to ensure tenant satisfaction.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
